Willow at Home - Core and Floor Yoga
Designed in consultation with a pelvic floor physiotherapist, this online video series will help you strengthen and condition the pelvic floor.
Willow at Home contains three unique 40-minute Core & Floor Yoga classes, and a 10 minute intro video of the basics.
The carefully-designed sequences combine strengthening and release work with yoga, Pilates, and body-weight exercises. Core Breath and Flower Bloom Breath cueing make them a great compliment to pelvic floor physiotherapy treatment.
These videos are taught by Stephanie Reynolds, Founder and Director of The Willow Studio in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. The Willow Studio is a yoga, fitness and Pilates studio specializing in pelvic floor health.

Stephanie is a certified yoga instructor with additional certifications in prenatal, postnatal, and pelvic floor fitness. She is the owner of The Willow Studio, a yoga, fitness and Pilates studio in Peterborough, Ontario, specializing in core and pelvic floor health. She has been teaching her signature Pelvic Floor Fitness Workshop and Core & Floor Yoga classes to women across Ontario since 2015. Stephanie is passionate about empowering women to prevent or reverse pelvic floor issues so that they can feel strong and confident in their bodies.
Before becoming a certified yoga instructor in 2014, she earned an Honours Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Western Ontario, a Masters in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Calgary, and has worked in environmental consulting and government policy across Canada.
